"Great getaway. We spent a long weekend here. And I must say this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The pools were gorgeous bad the rooms really clean and newly refurbished. I love the brutalist architecture and it was the best food on the island period. "

"La Gaviota was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and very convenient for the beach, town and transport. In a 4-day stay, I never saw a member of staff after I was given my keys. On my first night, guests returning in the early hours were very noisy, and this went on for a long time. Also, someone tried my door - though probably a mistake. This becomes a problem when there's no owner/reception on-site presence. In future, as a solo traveller, I'd be happy to pay a few euros more for better...
