"We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous throughout our visit. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did an awesome job keeping the room clean and refreshed every day. There were a couple of minor signs of wear and tear in the room. The bedside electrical outlet was not functional, and some of the bathroom trim could use a little caulking and repainting. These were small issues and did not take away from our overall experience. The pool and lazy river were both convenient and a lot of fun, making it easy to relax and enjoy some downtime. Another great benefit was the free transportation to all of the Disney parks, which made getting around very easy and convenient. One of our favorite features was the short, relaxing walk to Disney Springs. The location made it very convenient to enjoy the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment without having to drive. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The friendly staff, cleanliness, amenities, free Disney transportation, and convenient location made for a wonderful experience!"
