Third time there. Lowest I've ever rated 'em. When we checked in, the clerk told us that we had a $50 food credit for any restaurant on the property save Benihana. Because of that, we selected one of those restaurants for a breakfast, we would not have otherwise done so. $90 of food later we were not given the credit. Really disappointing.

Our stay was fine, room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located. However, the $41 resort fee is ridiculous (seeing as this is not a resort) and overnight parking fee is $38 per night!! Also, the gate was broken. We had to continuously call for assistance and sometimes it got backed up with a few cars. The gate did not work once during our trip.

The main areas is beautiful ,but the rooms is like to older,the bathroom having damage on the walls, the day we came we waited around 45 minutes for the valet parking service and then I parking by self and then when I made the check out I asked for the points for my Hilton Honors ,the say no problem and until today is no points in my honors account.

When we arrived, the hotel was extremely understaffed, with only two people handling parking and two people at the front desk. The check-in line was so long that we ultimately had to get out of line to retrieve our car and rush to our reservations. This created unnecessary stress and disrupted our plans. When we returned from our reservations, we still had to deal with the check-in process and did not get settled into our room until approximately 11:30 PM. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and our room has been just as disappointing. The property is visibly run down and poorly maintained, and the room does not feel clean. The bathroom has visible mold and multiple poor or makeshift repairs. The overall condition of the room feels more comparable to a budget motel than a Hilton. We also specifically booked a room with a view, yet the windows are so dirty that we cannot properly see out of them or enjoy the view we paid for. Even the Starbucks advertised within the hotel was not a full Starbucks, and the coffee we received was extremely burnt and unpleasant. This has been a very disappointing experience from the moment we arrived. These are not simply issues with the hotel being dated; there are significant concerns regarding staffing, cleanliness, and maintenance.

Check in was at 4pm. I arrived at 4:00. I waited with about 50 other people to check in for almost an hour. There was one person working when I arrived. They managed to find 2 other people to help. How on a holiday weekend end,at check in time are you that under staffed. They have a great code asking for feedback because they strive for 5 stars. The response I received was thank you for letting us know. NOT HELPFUL.

My husband wasn’t allowed to check in because the reservation was in my name. I called several Hilton customer service numbers and also messaged the property through the app. The hotel told me there was nothing they could do. The The lines to check in were atrocious, no matter the time of day. And, despite the size of the hotel, there were always only two employees working to check guests in at any given time. The pullout sofa was a complete joke, and using the word sweet to describe that room is a bit of a stretch. Overall, I would not choose this property again.

Absolutely wonderful staff who were all helpful, I cannot fault them in the slightest. Any time I had an issue, they were happy to help where they could. The hotel itself was unfortunately very run down and clearly poorly maintained, however. My room had an roach on my last day, the bathroom was completely water damaged, and it looked like the carpeting hadn't been replaced in years.

Air conditioning needs be able to turn below 68 degrees. I was in the 10th floor and it was still a little hot at night.
