"The Staff at a Hotel or Resort always sets the mood and how your stay will go. Chandler, the first Staff Member I met at check in deserves the 5 stars for the whole place!
The entire staff was friendly and efficient, but Chandler was extra helpful.
Breakfast was really well done and all the options anyone could want, no matter your spectrum of diet. Hot protein options, as well as fruits, yogurts, hot waffles, cereals, breads etc. Juices, coffee.
I enjoyed my stay completely and even returned for a day a week later at end of my trip because the fine service drew me back to feel pampered at the end of my trip to LA."

On Sundays there's no food from restraunt very limited.
There was issue with extending my stay that someone else was able to grab the room number I was extending in from internet and held my room number it was an all day event just to get my keys made and checked back into the same room that all my stuff was in, the assistant manager Ann hadto go look and make surethat was my room it was such a mess.

"Very clean and a nice worker help me to get ice cause she seen that I was in so much pain and couldn't really walk that was so kind of her. She also said if I needed help just to call front office and she would come and help me. I'm disabled. Bad knee."
