Bathroom for was broken, would not completely close. It would lock, but not close. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Parking was extremely easy.

We stayed here for one night while visiting the Southern California Railway Museum, which is conveniently about 10 minutes away. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. The beds and pillows were soft, and we really appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room. Our only minor complaint was that the air conditioner was a bit loud, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

It was very clean. The rooms were large. Plenty of parking. You can walking to restaurants to eat. It wasn’t far from our destination. We have already made arrangements to stay again in February 2026

My stay at the Perris hotel was good. The cleaners help me on getting more toilet paper. The parking was great I got a closer parking by my room. It was a little dirty in the room like the floor and walls. Other than that everything was good

Everything from service to cleanliness was wonderful! The only disappointing things were small, and that was that the hot tub was out of service and the coffee provided was not great. Those are both things that can be worked around. Thank you for providing a great place to lay out heads while dealing with family stuff!

the rooms are spotless every single person who works here or who runs a place management doesn't matter who they are they're all very humble and kind and generous if you ask for one towel they give you two if you ask for one roll of toilet paper they give you two they have really good coffee in the lobby from 6:00 a.m. to like 10:00 or 11:00 if ever you ask anybody a question they're just so sweet and kind and considerate I can't believe I've never stayed here before I will always choose this hotel always
