"Excellent. Loved the location. Loved the super helpful staff. Loved the breakfast. Loved our room (423). Really easy to walk from the station. Just along the platform but no train noise. Our room had a loved view down to the lake. Lots of space. Large balcony. Staff amazing. Spoke lots of languages- Spanish and English included. Excellent breakfast and well priced at 18f. We loved the Freddie theme! Easy to walk to and he lake and Old Town."

"I stayed here for the third time, now for 5 nights, in June 2026. I wholeheartedly continue to recommend this hotel. It is the kind of “everything works, nothing sticks in your eye” place that is just dependable, friendly and proper. The room was very spacious, with working amenities (coffee, tea, good fridge - empty, can be filled downstairs, safe, iron board and iron, bathrobes & slippers, desk, easy chair etc.). The bed was super good. I don’t normally sleep well and I had here three full nights unmoved. Breakfast is delicious with many kinds of options including a staffed egg station and, less usual in Europe, a noodle/udon station. Try their breads and their jellies - delicious! I chose the half-board option and was very happy with it. Better than anything you can get around cost-wise, and very balanced and tasty (3-courses). The hotel restaurant has a delightful opening policy where essentially one can get some food between 5:30 am and 22:30 pm. Wish most hotels had the same. Walkability and transportation: if you have baggage do take advantage of the free airport shuttle. Goes every 20 minutes to the airport. However if you are going out unhindered, try the walking route. Take the “PALEXPO” sign through the big parking lot opposite, and then you reach the (shaded) entrance to the railway station Aéroport. Much better, quick and good to get your steps in. Plus, going into town, you essentially step on a train in around 8 minutes. Overall will return!"

"Séjour très agréable. L’emplacement est excellent et très pratique. Malgré la proximité de la gare, le bruit était tout à fait acceptable. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le personnel de la réception était accueillant, poli et toujours prêt à aider. Un supermarché se trouve à seulement une minute à pied de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation."

"We’ve opted for an upgrade to a connecting rooms as we travelled with 2 kids, aged 13 and 9. The service was excellent. The lounge area was comfortable and welcoming, while we chill as we wait for the room to be ready. They also provide complimentary drinks and popcorn which the kids loved. The rooms were clean, spacious and came with stunning views. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved the hotel experience and will be back if we’re back in montreux."
