"The view over Lake Lucerne was great. Parking was super easy. We left our car at the hotel because we didn’t want to deal with parking in town. The bus stop is just across the street and a straight shot to all we wanted to see in Lucerne. The breakfast was amazing. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!"

"Location was PERFECTION, literally max 10 minute walk to anything (1-2 minute walk to chapel bridge and train station). Self-controlled AC. My only criticism is the bedding/mattress was not very comfy. Everything else was great 😊."

"Property and room was beautiful. We had wanted to extend our stay and had to make second booking for a different room. The general manager, Martin, noted this and reached out and managed to arrange for us combine both bookings and stay in the same room for both days. This made it a lot more convenient as we didn't have to deal with two different bookings on each day. Love the attention to detail by the staff."

"Worst place ever ! Our flight was delayed we reached 11 pm in night it was raining the front door towards reception was locked. We were standing outside the property with my family of three with 13 year old kid there was a door bell the lady did not let us in. I have to call Hotels.com and agent Was on phone with me for one and half our to convince her that booking is correct and finally she was satisfied . She tried to let us (buzz in) apparently they don’t have full time staff in and door...
