"Had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Originally a prison, it has been converted into a quirky, comfortable hotel retaining many of the features. The bedrooms were cells, small but well equipped with ensuite bathrooms. The position is slightly outside the centre of Stockholm but all the better. Situated on a lovely peaceful island within walking distance to Gamla Stan and the museums. The breakfast is amazing with an enormous variety of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Cool place with nice bar around in life music during the weekend room clean OK for five people but otherwise why basic enough for tonight during any weekend"

"We loved our stay, especially meeting the owner and creator Monika, whose name the boat bears. Our room, bathroom, common area, and kitchen were all clean with cozy decor. Getting ourselves and luggage down the ladder and into the boat was tricky, but Monika helped us. She also helped us navigate the city. We would definitely stay here again, even though we’re close to 80!"
