"I've stayed here many times. I was not able to check-in on arrival at midday so I waited in the bar/lounge for a couple of hours until a room was available. This room was not up to scratch compared with previous stays and the deciding factor was the unusually hard bed. I asked to change and they offered me an alternative which better met my expectations. I would still like this hotel to offer bottled water in rooms, even though the tap water is classed as 'safe to drink'. The gym is very good...

"Staff were really nice and helpful. Bedrooms were clean. Bathrooms were bit disappointing. We forgot to bring flip flops and unfortunately the hotel just run out so we couldn't buy any. Bathrooms were cleaned regularly but still not in a state where I'd happily take a shower without flip flops. Breakfast is small but nice, you'll find bit of everything and it's just enough "
