"Very good location friendly staffs. The restaurant the food was very good and a great setting but the waiters after they served us the meal disappeared and forgot to bring us our coffee and when it was time to pay I did need to look for a waiter no one was in the dining room. Great room very clean with a nice view of the lake and the Alpes. "

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Restaurant for evening meals was faultless. Breakfast included both hot and cold. Something for everyone. There is some wear and tear here and there noticeably in the corridors between the rooms but this is a minor issue. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the area."
