The hotel had a perfect location to hop on the Metro and to take the train as well as convenience to restaurants, shops and the Saturday market. The public rooms and sleeping rooms were gorgeous and clean, and the hotel staff was helpful and knowledgeable We enjoyed cocktails in Le Bar and dinner in The Brasserie restaurant, both in the hotel. Thank you for an incredible one-night stay! The lake view from my room was breathtaking, and the entire day was truly restful. Lausanne Palace is ideally located near the main shopping and dinning area. My only slight complaint is the inconsistency of the housekeeping. We stayed for 6 days. Some days they were great, but a few times they forgot to replenish the necessities like the body wash.

Beautiful hotel

Absolutely a beautiful hotel with great service. We enjoyed our balcony facing Lake Geneva and would eat breakfast and relax on it. It’s located in a great area with many wonderful restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and we really liked the air conditioning as other hotels we’ve stayed in Switzerland did not. Overall a A + experience and we’ll be back.
