The room was very clean and larger than I thought. The view of the lake and mountains was superb! Great balcony to sit and relax take in view. I have to say the staff was so friendly and considerate. We had breakfast it was excellent. Our waitress was a charming a lovely person. Would definitely go back.

Great location with amazing views. Extremely clean. Property is beautiful overall and has many great amenities. Loved the fireplace in the room. Gave it a 4 because the decor feels a bit dated. Hot tub was too hot (but the pool was perfect.) And the breakfast buffet wasn't available even though it was listed on the website.

Very cozy mountain lodge feel. Drinks by the fireplace, great views from the rooms, spacious pool/rec area, Breakfast buffet had all the bases covered plus a few extras. Great location- close to everything but just out of reach of the bustle on Main St. Could use a MUCH bigger hot tub.

This hotel is great. It’s recently changed from Tge Crowne Plaza and they doing renovations. None of which got in the way of enjoying our stay. Our room was very comfortable with beautiful views. The shower was amazing. Nice and hot with a great shower head. We also enjoyed the pool/hot tub and bar area. Staff there was too notch!!! Super friendly and very knowledgeable. The views alone could make this one of the best hotels in Lake Placid.
