Every detail was considered at Lake Placid Stagecoach. Our suite was perfect, comfortable, spacious yet cozy. Kelly and team thought of everything. Also, the service, food and cocktails at the restaurant was so so good. Make sure to make reservations to secure your spot for a great dinner experience!

This is truly the diamond in the rough, what a find! We stayed in the Jenny suite and it was charming. We ate dinner in the main room and it was five star all the way this place is a culinary gemstone! Make sure you make a reservation early as the dining room fills up quickly. We will definitely be back to the stagecoach on our next trip to lake placid.

Charming Inn

Very interesting building with a lot of charm. Not our typical style of accommodations, but wanted to give it a try. Breakfast was included & fantastic, was a light breakfast (coffee/tea +juice, yoghurt parfait + muffins, and a breakfast salad - all very good). They have a small bar which was cute for pre-dinner cocktails. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was nice, but quite warm - did cool down at night. I'm assuming would be quite hot in the mid summer months with (seemingly) no A/C. Bed was very comfortable. Location is a bit removed, which is nice to relax. About a 10 minute drive to the Main Street, shops + restaurants/bars. Parking was ample. Overall great trip,

This team at the Stagecoach Inn are amazing! The chef is incredible! The service is fabulous! The free breakfast is delicious! The bartender is very knowledgeable and the whole team seem to enjoy what they do. They all work well together.

Simply Wonderful!

We had a fabulous stay at The Stagecoach Inn in Lake Placid. We were greeted by Suzy and Paul with the warmest of welcomes and the sweet smell of chocolate walnut muffins baking. We were then taken on a tour of this historic building where one turn was more lovely than the last. Truly an experience. The room was very clean, calming and comfortable with exquisite Adirondack decor. The bed, pillows, and linens were of fine quality and added to the "at home" feeling. In the evening, we were invited to a cheese and wine/beer gathering around the fire and entertained by our lovely hosts. In the morning, we were treated to a hot breakfast of the highest quality. Ask for the signature yogurt! We are looking forward to visiting again.

Stagecoach is one of the most charming places we have visited in ages. The history and character of this 1799 inn provides the perfect backdrop for the lovely Adirondack antiques arranged in cozy grouping throughout this property. We felt welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived thanks to the lovely manager who runs the property with an impeccable eye and genuine smile.

This is the cutest little Inn. Our room the Dewey Day was so cozy like a step back in time from the flicking lighting to the claw foot tub. Breakfeat was delicious and the evening drinks at tje fkrw put great. Our favorite part of the stay though was the staff. We was greeted and showed around the Inn along with provided history. The staff was so friendly and welcoming it. Always offering to help they was truely delightful and we will be back to visit

Stayed with my wife for 3 nights and had the best time. Donna and Greg were wonderful hosts! Breakfast was terrific especially the blueberry pancakes. We loved the happy hour each night from 5-6! Overall, we had a great relaxing time and was a perfect getaway from NYC.

Beautiful Inn, Impeccable Hospitality

What a great way to get away from Covid-19! The Inn is lovely, the amenities delightful. Rob's daily breakfast was delicious and Lacy made sure we had our coffee first thing in the morning. Dont miss the opportunity to book a boat ride around the lake and make sure to enjoy the bonfire at night!

We spent several days in November at the Stagecoach Inn and it was wonderful! It was beautifully decorated, it smelled fantastic, the breakfasts were beautiful and delicious and our hostess was fantastic. She was warm, friendly, helpful and a wonderful ambassador for both the Inn and the town. We loved our stay and cannot wait to go back!

This was wonderfully quaint and unique bed & breakfast. The owner, Michael and innkeeper, Lanie, took the time to share the history of the Stage Coach Inn answering our many questions. Lanie's breakfasts were delicious, hearty, and original. The inn is kept up beautifully with a lovely backyard including a fire pit and horse trailer converted into a bar. We loved our brief stay and hope to return
