"Tv did not work "

"Everything was exceptional except that our room...parking...elevator keys didn't work at first and after someone in the line behind me, let me into the parking garage. We parked. Unloaded and couldn't get into the building because....the keys didn't work at all. So we had to reload the car, drive down to the lowest level and park so we could get back to the front desk, because you can leave the parking without a key either. Then start all over again. Was very inconvenient. If someone had actually answered the call button at the garage entrance to begin with it would have prevented all of the frustration. But that being said. The rest of our stay was absolutely wonderful!"

"The breakfast needs more variety. Hot tube was great. Front desk people were great. The only complaint they can’t fix, the street racing at night was too noisy."

"Facilities had been nicely updated. Bed was comfortable, and room was clean and in good condition. Surprised to not have a coffee maker in the room, but coffee was available in the lobby."
