"Customer service and everything is great. The only con was the unclean sheets on one of the beds and the pool isn’t very clean either."

"The staff was so incredibly friendly! We had a few hiccups on our most recent trip which included messing up my own check out date. Mary at the front desk was so helpful, and I can't thank her enough for helping to keep me calm while we figured out a solution and even checked to see how I was holding up the next morning. Beyond that, my son really enjoyed the breakfast. Bummer the jets weren't working in the spa, but it was still warmer than the pool. "

"Very nice place - lobby and bar were very nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Also it was VERY quiet! The shower was awesome for a hotel, I loved that the handle was on the opposite side so you can let the water heat up without getting blasted by cold water. Very well thought out. The gym (although I didn't have time to use it) looked nicer than many I've been to with a good mix of cardio machines, free weights and what looked like a cable machine. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. Literally seconds to the freeway for our trip home to Portland... will definitely stay here again!"
