Hotels with Swimming Pools in Lake St Louis

"Clean hotel. Great staff. Free drinks during happy hour. The room was very clean. Usually hotel beds are hard and uncomfortable. This bed was nice and soft and very comfortable. We like our room around 65 degrees at night. I turned on the AC and it cooled great...but you almost couldn't hear it (that's a GREAT thing because I really hate a super noisy AC that you have to talk over). My wife had to ask me if the AC was even on because she couldn't hear it. So, a quiet, clean, comfortable room. What more could you ask? "

"We really liked the room and property. A few things to keep in mind. We were there on a Thursday night and the bars and restaurants close at 9 pm. If you want any food or drinks after you have to go into the casino. I’m assuming the casino allows smoking. The smell of smoke from the casino is very noticeable in the areas near the casino entrance. If I had been inclined to go into the casino to grab a drink, I wouldn’t have been able to take the smell. Also, I reserved a room with two queen beds. Our party included my wife, daughter, and myself. When we got to the room I saw there was only a king bed. I went down to reception to see if we could get the room I reserved on Expedia. They told me that the room choices are not guaranteed. So I asked for a roll away bed and they charged me $30. "
