"The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was more varied than at other hotels nearby. One Chinese staff member was especially warm and welcoming every day, and housekeeping was prompt. The only drawback was that the windows offered little privacy, so most guests kept their curtains closed."

"Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Love water and coffee & tea station available all day. Location was superb. Next to shops and a walking distance to Wholefood. The only two things I think can be improved were 1) laundry facilities (one machine was broken and two dryers did not work well) and 2) the coffee machine in the room (made one cup of coffee and we have to wait a bit before we can make another cup.)"
