Very friendly staff. Rooms are best in Lake Tahoe. Ive stayed at all four resorts and Bally’s has the best room and the showers are amazing!!!

I enjoyed my stay at valley Lake Tahoe casino Resort. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious design. I only interfaced with front desk as my stay was 4 days and didn't have staff come in.

First time staying here and I would definitely be back, great place for a family with small kids they have an amazing pool area and arcade area location is walkable to shopping and dining

I liked that everything was close by but as far as property goes would have been nice if they had some sort of convince store onsite such as for snacks, soda etc and front desk clerks should be more friendly and welcoming rather than someone who seems to hate people interactions and seems dry and in the sense of not seeming welcoming at all

Quiet rooms but exciting and fun grounds. Ciera Steakhouse is always delicious and the staff is knowledgeable. Wish it was open more but we were leaving Friday morning.

We came there with little kids to just stay the night and as soon as we walked in the song that was playing supper loud “ f..k there f..k right left etc” it was so disturbing for my little kids to hear that and we couldn’t do anything about it.
