We booked the hotel and found out that all roads were closed by Caltrans as it was very dangerous road so all hwy leading up are not accessible. Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino Resort
The room service was not great. I called 5 times and waited almost 36 hours for someone to unclog the toilet that was clogged when I arrived. Very frustrating to pay good money for a hotel that lacks basic amenities.
