"Decent hotel. Bathroom was a bit old looking with mold around the caulk and the clock was wrong by 3 hours , but otherwise it was clean and warm."

"Bathroom was contaminated with fungus because fungus grows so fast under handwashing sink. So I and my wife were afraid to go into the bathroom. Hotel name values are not matched with the reality of room."

Staff are excellent, Room service excellent, highly recommend Tom Yum Prawns. Great hospitality. "We traveled from the USA and this was our first stop. We loved it! Yes your patio smells like sulfur sometimes, but that’s to be expected when staying right next to the active geothermal lake. They were very helpful and responsive to all our questions/requests. The breakfast had a great variety and the quality of food, juice, and drinks was truly surprising. The room was very clean, the parking was very convenient."
