The parking is at the Casino half a blick away with a fairly convoluted process to validate etc. Nice simple clean room, nice hotel - criticism was room 813 adjacent to lifts gets lift mechanism noise all night. "

"Nice stopover stay. Nice rooms and facilities. Only complaint is we booked shuttle with desk three times before it was actually put into system. When we asked to change our initial.time we were told no booking after we watched them enter it. This happened twice? As we checked next morning and told again no booking..."

"This is a uniquely excellent hotel in my wide travel experience. Extremely convenient to CHC Christchurch Airport (easy, 10 minute walk), very comfortable and affordable for all budgets. All the facilities are modern, well maintained and especially suited to the budget travelers to whom the hotel mainly caters. Even so they have high quality, very pleasant private rooms for slightly more well-off guests. The staff are friendly, well trained, helpful and courteous. This is a do-not-miss lodging if you need to be close to the airport. After two visits to NZ from my US home, I will certainly stay again. I have no hesitation in giving a 100% recommendation to this great place!"
