"Liked the location, liked the little store - had a lot of what we needed. The bar, arcade room , gift shop and breakfast room were of great convenience. Wished they had a hot tub and the rooms were more updated. The lighting in the rooms was dull and a bit dark, especially when putting makeup on in the bathroom. Overall, I would stay there again but it could be much nicer"

"unfortunately, it does not match the description or images online at the time of booking. The room appears significantly older, worn, and run down compared to what was advertised. The condition and overall quality fall well below the expectations set by the listing."

"The check-in experience was good. But, we stayed 5 days & the room was only cleaned once. We had to call the front desk & ask for more towels every day. The rooms were not sound proof. There were many people around our room making noise nightly. Someone was sitting in a lawn chair next to the parking lot smoking weed & the smell of what they were smoking was very strong. People were roaming around the parking lot & grounds all hours of the day & night. It felt a bit unsafe. The pool was overcrowded & if you wanted to sit in a chair close to the cabana you had to pay to sit there. The only free chairs available were by the food station & were very few. We had to call security 2 times to place new batteries in our safe as we kept getting low battery alerts. The elevator was out for a day & that was inconvenient. We put out our “do not disturb” sign on the morning we checked out & that morning housekeeping knocked on the door to ask to clean the room with the do not disturb sign on it. The restaurants were adequate but overpriced The front desk staff was very responsive to our requests. But we should not have had to call them daily. If you have a family & get a good rate on the room & don’t mind the overcrowding of the pool, lack of housekeeping, the smell of weed in the parking lot & ppl having parties around you then this is the hotel for you. The location was convenient to the convention center."

"Other guests were not respectful. Could be noisy at nights. A/C and humidifier in room were loud. Good places close by."

"My only complaint was on hold for a very long time and needed the shuttle to pick us up . We had to call an uber ."

"The breakfast was decent. The rooms were good and the front desk was attentive. The stay was great and minutes away from all the big attractions."

"Staff is nice, clean, only thing is during check out it’s so packed you have to wait 30 minutes just to check out everything else is great"
