"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was great at check in, the breakfast was simple but good. The parking lot was a bit dicey with how people chose to park but that’s not the hotels issue. "

"This was our second stay at the Radisson in Scranton, and it’s quickly become our go-to whenever we’re in the area. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are consistently clean, and room-service breakfast in bed was amazing. Mitchell went above and beyond — super pleasant and incredibly helpful, especially during a busy check-in rush. The only downside is the pillows, which are a bit small and left me with a stiff neck, but if that’s my biggest complaint, it’s a minor one! Overall, another fantastic stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We will see you on January 30th and March 2nd next year!"
