"The room needs updated as there marks all over the walls. The shower water was always warm not hot and our ice machine on our floor was broken. Staff was friendly. Right before we exited our room we heard a crash and two hallway ceiling tiles fell on a housekeepers head. She ended up going to the hospital. "

"Overall good stay, breakfast was acceptable but seating was a bit difficult as there was an event in town and hotel was full. However, the towel situation was an issue. We booked a room for three but were only provided two sets of towels. When we asked for more we were advised there weren't any, but were offered a few pool towels. This would've been acceptable except a, they are smaller & thinner than full sized towels; and b, those were also in short supply so instead of fresh towels on the second day we had to reuse the old ones (which would be fine unless you have a messy teenager who threw them on the floor after use) AND there were zero towels in the pool room to use after the pool. It's bad enough to not even be offered daily housekeeping (we really just wanted the trash to be emptied) but to not even have enough towels (let alone fresh ones) is really not acceptable. "

"The room had some cleanliness issues—there was orange mold along the bottom of the shower door, and there was a noticeable smell in the room that wasn’t very pleasant. It was also fairly noisy at night due to traffic from the nearby road. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were comfortable, which made it easier to get a good night’s rest. The staff were fine, though nothing particularly stood out during our stay. Breakfast was okay but somewhat limited—mostly carbs, no eggs, and the bananas weren’t quite ripe yet. Parking, however, was a strong point: the lot was well-lit and felt safe. "

"Honestly had the worst sleep ive ever had at a hotel before. I didnt realize i would have to listen to the Sams club unloading dock all night. Crashing and banging. It was so loud. The dishes in our room were dirty and had to be washed. I mean, the coffee mugs had rings in them... the breakfast, which is raved about, was pretty mid at best. They lacked options every morning. The sofa bed was also so uncomfortable my kid's had an awful time going to sleep. Unfortunately I wasnt happy with this stay. "

"I was super impressed with the size of the rooms, the cleanliness of the pool and the variety for breakfast. Having stayed more than one day I was grateful that the options changed. "

"Room was clean but set up a little oddly. My only complaint was having to move my car multiple times due to lack of parking with an event happening at the hotel and I didn’t read that wasn’t fridge or microwave in the room prior to booking "

"Booked with Expedia online, showed up to check in and the property had no rooms available. And didn’t have any explanation, other than sorry we are full. "
