Breakfast was poor for inflated room rates for Sun n fun fly in but there is a Waffel House across the highway. Prices were at least triple the regular prices and the place needs a serious rehab. The water pressure is good, the rest not so much.

When they say light breakfast, they mean light breakfast it was basically a muffin and oatmeal and an apple. The rooms are very musty your towels do not dry out so we kept having to ask for fresh towels. Pool is clean though and they do have lounge chairs there so I was able to utilize that pillows are very small. They’re like a half pillow.

Roaches crawling across the ceiling over the beds had to be killed. Dead bug on wall above mirror. Door jams could use some paint. Walking around barefoot on the floors leaves your feet BLACK requiring a wash before climbing into bed. Breakfast ends at 9:00 and they were out of to-go breakfast bags when we inquired at desk. Staff were very nice.
