Room was super nice, big, just what we needed for a multiply day stay. Plenty of room for me, my aunt and dog to move around in. Beds were very comfortable and nice big bathroom.

Stopped for the night while traveling. Late check in was quick and easy, friendly staff. The room was a king suite with small kitchen. Bed/pillow comfy, room clean. The breakfast was typical with pastries and bread, nothing special. Hotel was very clean. Would def stay again.

The location was exactly what I was looking for, access to/from the freeway between Tampa & Orlando was great & the staff were friendly, courteous, & helpful. The public areas were pleasant but the rooms were due for an update 20 years ago & our room had a heavy musty odor. The couch was literally too uncomfortable to sit on and the only chair was the desk chair. The kitchen was the most minimal I have ever seen in a 1 bedroom suite & had no dining area. This was the only 1 bedroom available anywhere in the area but I would not book it again regardless.

Mold Growing in the shower on the celing Stove looks like it has never been cleaned around the edges Same for the Fridge Carpet is all kind of stained at some point it looks like the ceiling fell in from the floor above and the folks that did the texture got it all over the sofa I had a package delivered for a project I was in town working on and asked the staff if they would call me when it arrived on my cell YES SIR NO PROBLEM !!! NO CALL !!!! trip was a complete waist as the staff lost my package until about 6:30 PM and my customer was closed when asked what time it arrived the response was i don't know

The hotel was very dirty. My first room had mold all over the bathroom mirror. The staff was very quick and kind and gave us another room. However, the mirror still had a little bit of mold. The shower was also dirty and it didn’t look like it was wiped down or cleaned. The pool was also closed and there was so notice of that when I booked the room. It definitely doesn’t look like the pictures online, as the halls and rooms are dirty and with chipped painted

Staff during check in was pleasant. The hallway and room were in the dirtiest condition of any room we’ve ever stayed in. Smelled of mold and mildew. Mold on the ceiling in the shower. We did not want to even take our shoes off it was so disgusting. Room was in the worse condition, filthy and stunk. Would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel. Such a disappointment, Marriott’s are our normal choice of hotels.

The pool was closed because it was slimy and green. Very disappointing considering it was May, had summer heat, and was in the area for a baseball tournament. Was very upset that we couldn't wind down and cool off after a long day at the baseball field. Didn't know that the pool was in that condition until check in, otherwise we would have definitely gone elsewhere. I do want to say that the lady who checked us in was super sweet and friendly.

The room didn’t look fresh, the breakfasts buffet was a disaster, and the pool is filthy green and closed for a while. If you are booking this hotel because is Marriot, stop the cheapest one next to the roads are better options.

I paid close to $400 a night and the room was awful. The rug was dirty, the room smelled like someone smoked inside, the room came with a double sofa bed and there where no sheets, comforter or pillows available. When my husband goes to the front desk what a coincidence they found some tucked away in the back. The breakfast was awful. I had to go out and eat. What a terrible experience and the amount of monies I paid. I was better off at an inn.

The property felt old and filthy! Great if your car breaks down and you need a place to sleep! But I will never bring my wife and 2 kids again! I’ll just drive to Tampa and commute into Lakeland for any other competitions

Was checked in properly, got to room and looked like the bed had just been slept in, got different room which was ok, wanted to go swimming but pool was filthy, informed front desk which replied "only a little dirty, you can still go in". No one at front desk in the AM when I went downstairs, breakfast offered was pitiful. Left business card to speak wiymanager, they never called. As a professional travel agent, this was unacceptable and I will be sure to send my clients visiting the area elsewhere. Cigarettes littered on patio area as well.

The refrigerator had excessive rust. Door handles felt greasy and dirty. Pet stains all over the hallways and inside the rooms. Dirty pillow cases. Worn out furniture. The hotel felt and looked very dirty. Staff lay around entrance lobby and makes the hotel look of very poor quality. We paid over $255 per night. This is $100 per night hotel.

Pool was out of order and unusable our entire stay (8 nights). Management has refused to give us a discount on our rate, which we believe is warranted as the pool is a feature of their property that they promote, yet was unusable. Access to a pool is one of the reasons we chose the property. The initial room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. While we were given another room, the electrical outlets in that room were spotty in terms of being usable. One night we returned to the room and half the outlets weren't working, including bedside lights and the TV. Twice we were told management would respond to our complaints and despite providing a cell number, we never heard back from the property manager. Would not recommend this hotel.

The place is dated. Smells clean, but the hallway doors need attention as they are all scuffed and need paint. The room had a burnt out light and needed better housekeeping attention if your going to call yourself a Marriott. The staff were really nice, but it’s more likely a result of no maintenance staff to do the physical area work.

Noisy. I would recommend the top floor if you're going to stay here. If looking to utilize pull out couch, linens are limited, blankets are very worn and in need of replacing. No extra pillows were available.
