"The property is very nice and clean. All pools should have a bar, especially the adult pool. We had to drive to the main pool as it was the only one that had a bar. We were woken at 7:00am both days of our stay due to very loud lawn maintenance work. We could also hear everyone on the exterior stairs and talking as they walked by. We found out upon arrival the shuttle to area parks was no longer available. "

"I absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed in the villas which looked amazing on the inside. Very spacious and modern. The only complaint was the restaurant "Stone & Current". My husband and I both got Beef Wellington, which was ok but definitely not worth $40. The crab & cheese dip was bland, the broccolini was bland, not cooked fully and not worth the price. The lobster soup was probably the best tasting thing. We got the chicken thighs to-go but tasted it while in the restaurant, it was also bland & not cooked correctly. The breading was soggy and falling off the chicken. There really should be a sous chef checking the food before it goes out, and if there is a sous chef, they did a terrible job. It was not worth the price of almost $200. But I guess that's resort food for you. I would never eat there again. I also didn't like that the $200 gift card we got after going to the "timeshare tour", couldn't really be used on everything at the resort, although they said it could at the desk when they are trying to get you to sign up for the timeshare tour. And I didn't like that they automatically took 18% off of every thing you bought at a restaurant or bar, as gratuity. But they don't tell you that ahead of times. All in all, it was a pretty great trip."

"Stayed in a two-bedroom villa, Building 1, for 4 nights. Room 1208. My villa was recently renovated, clean, and spacious, with a balcony. Kitchen had updated appliances that were in very good condition. Kitchen was stocked basic items like plates, cups, forks and knives. If you're looking to make something specific like pasta, it did not have a strainer or colander. There was housekeeping daily, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was very good and complimemtary. It was buffet style and you had to show a bracelet every morning, very good options including pastries, breads and an omelette station. Used pool area daily, open until 9pm. Clean and refreshing. Did one load of laundry which was also complimentary, washer and dryer included. Did a lot of research for hotels and I am very happy with Embassy Suites at Sunset Walk would definitely return. For the amount that I paid for the resort, it was definitely worth it!! They offer a shuttle, but we didn't need to use it. Also excited that it's dog friendly, we did not bring our dog this time but will definitely keep that in mind in the future. "

"I was a contact with the hotel to let them Know we are going to be late because we went to Sun &fun and end late. When we go the hotel they charge $255 Like the reservation but they gave us the room for people disability . Was terrible I felt sorry and thank God we do t have any phisical problem. We call to exchange the room and was no more room . I hear the hotel keep the good rooms for the reservation directly to the hotel. Too expensive for that room. I will no go back there . But the Women’s at the breakfast are great ! "
