"This was the best ever vacation we had on the houseboat. It was new, cozy and very comfortable. The location was super quiet and very safe. "The owners never replied to any of my messages and never showed up to get me checked in. I contacted Expedia, who tried to help me over chat, but they were unable to find a suitable replacement and I couldn’t leave the chat to check out pictures or the map to see what they were proposing. Eventually, they reimbursed my stay and I had to make myself other arrangements, which was difficult last minute, and way more expensive."
