Moldy blender, not too clean, the sofa was sticky and old and worn. After two nights we found evidence of a rodent who had eaten half a banana and pooped under the sofa bed where my daughter’s boyfriend slept. "Portofino resort property is beautiful. The condo has not been maintained. Have been vacationing at Portofino for 2 decades/many years and have never been in a three bedroom unit that has not been maintained like this unit. The carpets need to be removed and replaced. The kitchen dishes and utensils all need to be evaluated. The furniture needs to be maintained. The mattresses need to be replaced. I am not a complainer and generally satisfied, this unit should be reevaluated before being rented....
