"Very nice room. Ours faced the bayside, had couch, desk, table/chairs, coffee maker, mini fridge, safe. Great breakfast. Two outdoor pools and patio seating, plus more by fence overlooking gulf. Easy access to beautiful beach. Centrally located around boardwalk and restaurants. This was a main reason for our choosing this hotel. Things to keep in mind are that parking is an extra fee, and beach chairs are $50 per day (once you leave them they will resell). Many people bring all there own beach supplies, chairs, and umbrellas. Also, traffic is insane, so allow time, and be patient."

"Room was very clean Refrigerator was like new Bed was comfortable would of liked a little heavier blanket but over all it was really nice Staff were friendly and very helpful Bathroom was very clean Hotel says none smoking but people were smoking weed in the rooms which ended up making my smell of weed Pool was alright we enjoyed it but it needed cleaned and updated also would of been nice to have some better chair to sit beside the pool on"

"We had a good stay at the Gulf Coast Inn in Gulf Breeze. The price was hard to beat for the location, especially being just before the turnoff to the Pensacola Beach Bridge. The room was clean, updated, and included a larger-than-expected refrigerator for a motel. We also appreciated being able to park right outside our room, which made loading and unloading very convenient. The property has a nice-sized pool and a good ice machine, and the limited interactions we had with the staff were friendly and pleasant. The biggest issue we encountered was the bathroom's sliding door. It didn't have any way to latch closed and would frequently slide back open after being shut, which made it difficult to have much privacy. We also experienced some spotty Wi-Fi in our room, although it wasn't a major inconvenience for us. One thing to note is that the room used a traditional physical keys rather than a key card. The motel doesn't offer breakfast, but we knew that before booking. Given the combination of the affordable price and excellent location, we were happy to grab breakfast elsewhere. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay, we'd definitely consider staying here again."
