"2 things we should've been told at check and weren't: there's a loading zone and the elevators at the partnership parking ramp do not work. Parking is not convenient - about a block away, up the hill/set of stairs to the parking ramp. The elevators at the ramp didn't work. We walked in the rain with our luggage. We mentioned on our way thru the lobby that the elevators didn't work at the ramp. The guy at the desk already knew - could've shared that when he sent us over there. And at check in we should have been told about the loading zone that would've avoided a walk, with luggage in the rain. The room itself was great."

"The room was clean & space enough for the 2 of us adults. The bed & bedding was average. The continental breakfast was good. Did not include hot food but had decent bagels, donuts & muffins. The location was great & had nice outside space behind the lodge for sitting & looking at the lake. Large property with many cabins. Restaurants were not able to accommodate everyone every night."
