"Check I was easy. Room was dirty, bathroom had what looked to be fecal on the floor, bad odor in room, stains on floor and night stand. The cafe, asked for three coffee’s they just forgot to make the other two and walked off. So the only feature that was great was location from HLSR. "

"Staff was nice. Room was ok but mattress was too hard. Not enough pillows we only had 3 total we like at least 2 each. No hair dryer either."

"Our stay was good, staff was nice, the rooms were clean, the ac did not cool the room very well but that wasnt a huge deal. When we went to go down for breakfast guest were in the lobby posing and making videos in the seating area with inappropriate bits out (7 am) and the staff allowed it. Not really what i wanted my daughters to see first thing in the morning. There was also puke in the elevator and all the staff did was put a wet floor sign up. But one great thing about this hotel is they offer a free shuttle and the man that drives was friendly and very helpful. "

"The room was clean, bed a little hard. Property is a little dated. The breakfast buffet was like every other hotel in this class just meh. "

"The room was nice but had a slight musty smell. The bath tub/shower was missing a body wash container but it was replaced at my request. I ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food and service was great!"
