Only issue we had which wasnt really a big ordeal was the electric car charging stations were broke or out of service, nit even sure if hotel has anything to do with that but heads up to anyone who has a hybrid or ev. "Good location near Seattle Airport with free shuttle service (we had no problems with the shuttle nor communication about it). Located 15 minutes from Sea Tac. Room was comfortable and clean, slightly dated. Beds and pillows were fine. Front desk check in and check out was efficient and pleasant. By car, if coming to the hotel from the airport, is a bit confusing unless you use the rear (parking lot) entrance. Parking is free. This is a large hotel in an area with a variety of restaurants including ethnic restaurants. The area is considered safe, although a few miles south on Pacific Highway is less so. Bathroom was spacious and toiletries were good. "
