The hotel is lovely and the staff is warm and reliable. They were extremely helpful and always warm and welcoming. The hotel is located right on Via del Corso but our room was quiet.

My wife and I stayed at the Elizabeth Hotel from September 17th -22nd. This was my first trip to Rome, so I was looking for an incredible experience in the heart of the city. The hotel was everything I wanted plus more. It is located a short 5 minute walk to the Piazza Del Popolo, the starting point of our two tours to Pompeii and Tuscany. The hotel is located on a side street, so we heard none of the neighborhood activity after a long day exploring the city. From the moment the doorman opened the door for upon arrival until he loaded our luggage into our car for the return trip to the airport, everything at the hotel was excellent. Our "suite" had a nice size living room with a fridge to store cold beverages. The bedroom was roomy a very comfortable king bed. The bath room was spacious and very modern. Breakfast (included) was served either inside or on a rooftop patio and offered a wide variety of delicious food. The French Toast was outstanding as was the homemade granola with yogurt and fruit. The floor plan itself was intriguing as we discovered nooks and alcoves at every turn. The library offered a quiet place to relax. The staff at the hotel was superb with friendly smiles greeting us at every encounter. Special mention to Thomas and Julianna at the front desk for their extraordinary help with restaurant and gelato recommendations, and their willingness to jump on the phone to help (in rapid fire Italian) with any snafus in our travel plans. They were outstanding.

"The hotel and my room were really nice, and the staff were very friendly and spoke good English. This hotel is a little bit out of the centre, although it is next to the bus station which is very practical. Room was very spacious, with a small balcony, and the bed was great. However, it felt a bit ..."

"We love the nature and simplicity of the venue as a whole. The food was great; the staff are excellent. For this particular stay; morning cook staff was a little slow and probably short staffed due to the holidays but overall it was a great trip and we will return for sure."
