The staff were amazing in particular at breakfast, they would go out of their way to be extra helpful. Ordered almond milk specially for me and on my last day I received a special desert with “bon voyage” written on the plate

Terrible Check-in experience,but great stay!
If you are not white, your check-in process may be terrible. I had to return to the hotel three times to get my room. I booked the room for 9 days, and they tried to stick me in a lower-floor smoking room. I had to raise my voice at the guy at the check-in counter to get a room finally. My white co-worker arrived a few days after me, was welcomed with a scarf, and immediately provided the highest floor room. We both had booked the same type of room at the same price. Apart from the check-in experience, the rest of the stay was great. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, and nice. The staff at the breakfast service was amazing. The hotel is surrounded by some amazing restaurants.

Clean and comfy place, with great view of the city (provided you get a room on the higher floors). But the best part is the staff - helpful , warm and courteous.

Awesome visit!
Staff, service, professionalism and friendliness was among the best we've ever experienced! We really enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool. The nighttime view is incredible!

My son & I had an excellent trip to Kathmandu & the people were very gracious to us. We loved the freedom & enthusiasm of everybody especially in the hotel of yours. Nothing was too much trouble for anybody there. A special thanks to Rakesh Malalar for his new found friendship with myself & my Son Wesley. Excellent Kathmandu hotel
It was amazing stay. Extremely helpful staff.esp Mr Sanjog. Food was very good. Rooms great. Rooftop restaurant and bar had great view esp around full moon. Very good Jim and spa with new equipment. Highly recommend this place. Wll stay here again. Thank you.

The stay was wonderful. A pretty new hotel with excellent comfort and dining. It will be wonderful if there is in-house laundry.

Nice new property
This property is very new and clean, but soundproof of the room seems like not enough (bit noisy in the night time). Surrounding environment is residential area with lots of nice eateries around. I like variety of breakfast here and staff at breakfast restaurant are very helpful and welcoming. Overall, cost perfomance is little above average.
