"VEry very nice"

"Wonderful location with good access to sites and markets. Location is beautiful but the real highlight is the friendly and supportive staff"

"The staff at Riad Khabia were very accommodating and welcoming. Rashid welcomed us warmly and gave us a clear explanation of places we could visit. The riad is very well located, fairly close to the souks of Marrakech, but far enough away to have peace and quiet at night. The breakfast at the riad was excellent and they packed us breakfast-on-the-go when we had early morning excursions."

"Roof top pool was amazing, the breakfast was fit for a king and I have never stayed anywhere were the staff were so lovely. The location was absolutly perfect, close enough to the road so the taxi could drop us off (1 min walk) but still in the midst of all the madness."

"The whole property was very clean. Everyone was super helpful and nice! The front desk guy was very personable and friendly!"

"Everything at this property was spot on. Great location, helpful staff, really nice breakfast and spacious rooms."

"Overall, it truly fabulous staying experience with the family the entire property and the room were clean. We felt very comfortable and we truly enjoyed having the only room with private access to the terrace."
