Unpleasant aged personel.
"An old fasion hotel. Only the young personal speak English. I don't like americans either but it is the international languaje. The personal at the restaurant were very unpleasant, either at Donner as at breakfast. If You don't like tourist, DONT HAVE A HOTEL."

"The hotel is lovely and very clean and the staff including Franco who was extremely friendly and accommodating, and Chef Marco whose homemade pastas were so delicious. We had a beautiful terrace which overlooked beautiful scenery. On Sunday morning, we were serenaded with a cacophony of church bells ..."
