"Getting my receipt from the hotel was an absolute nightmare. Had to call three times, they kept saying it was Expedia who'd transmit it despite being charged by the hotel and paying at property. Even called Expedia who confirmed it was hotel responsibility. My door lock died mid trip so I was transferred quickly to a new room with no upgrade despite the trouble. Outside of those inconveniences that are unusual from my experience travelling, hotel is decent, morning buffet is complete and despite close to airport it's still pretty quiet. Check in is quick, coffee is always available and food was ok."
