"⭐️ Very disappointing stay overall. The staff came across as dismissive and rude from the moment we arrived. We stood at the front counter waiting without even being acknowledged or greeted. Customer service was lacking throughout the stay. The room was also poorly prepared — there was no shampoo or basic bathroom amenities provided, and we had to go ask for them ourselves. The pool was out of order, which was frustrating, especially since nobody informed us ahead of time or during check-in. On top of that, the staff never explained where any of the hotel amenities were located, and we were never told about the $7 breakfast special either. Communication and hospitality were seriously lacking. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and disorganized. I would not stay here again."

"Room was large and comfortable. Loved the amenities and the outdoor roof top hot tubs. The restaurant was amazing! Great food and loved the cook to order breakfast. Check in and out was super easy and fast and the staff was friendly"
