But we stayed 5 nights, and the whole hotel is closed untill 16.00 everyday. You have to give in your key to get cleaning, and can not get it before 16.00. The pool is also closed. So if you want your room and the pool, you will not ger cleaning. In our view the staff is very friendly, but need better management, so they need to know what to do and when. There is...

"Despite emailing on three occasions to request a room suitable for someone with a disability, we were placed in a room that could only be reached using stairs.
