"I wasn't expecting this to compare to to a high end european hotel but it really was better in many ways. Huge rooms , cleaned perfectly and perfect AC temperature. The people make Vietnam what its is and again that carries over with the staff, who were to a person helpful and exceptionally respectful. If i could fault anything I would say the breakfast food could be better. They eat a lot of meat here and it was generally quite dry and tough. The dining area is a little to small when the hotel is full, and kids do tend to run around blindly, resulting in at least one of my plates going up in the air! But I would would definitely go back and that's as good a recommendation I can give."

"We got an upgraded room by paying extra check in as we arrived a bit early. Room was absolutely gorgeous on 15th floor. Massive balcony and waking distance to the beach. Happy hours in the evening at the rooftop was just so gorgeous in the evening. Excellent buffet breakfast as well. Love it "
