"The hotel itself is OK. What spoiled the impression is the lack of professionalism of the reception staff. In the hotel there are the people speaking good English, but they were absent when we checked-in and out. As a result it took 30 minutes to be checked-in and 40 minutes to be checked-out. The rooms were good - though much of the workmanship in the room was poor (holes the drywall around ceiling lights, wallpaper glue on walls, identification marks on marble, etc).
