Rude staff. They were dismissive and brusque. The hotel is quite generic, which is fine but not at that price.

"We arrived after work at 8 and left at 330 the next morning as had an early flight from Luton airport. Very convenient location to catch the train from and to grab something to eat and drink in the town. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows."

"Modern clean hotel, swift check in and helpful staff. Downside is £20 for parking, pretty expensive considering the location. If I had known beforehand I would have booked elsewhere, booking website suggests parking available but not the cost which is on the high side."
