Shadow channel?

Every things is good except the TV, please do something with the antenna, only TV3 can see clearer, the rest are all shadow channel ??

The actual of the room is totally different from the picture , when I step in the room I feel like I get conned by this website and I booked the room for two days . The first night of stay was my night mare . The toilet is very very unacceptable , very dirty and the water pressure is too low , I need to use longer time to finish my bath . I feel like going insane already and the worst thing is when we go to bed at around 11pm the corridor was full of people walking around and the sound is very very noisy because the room and the door don't have any sound proof and they keep bang the door the whole night , we totally cannot sleep and we check out immediately on the second day morning even though we booked this hotel for two days and we have fully paid for it . I rather to move out to a better place than to stay in this so called hotel but it's service and all the facilities inside the room and the environment is very very very very very bad

Don’t even think of staying here!

So bad. Cockroaches infested room. Poor toilet flush. Slow airconditioner. Very loud at night as it is very close to main road. Salute to receptionist. Nice guy working in poor place.

Basic cheap hotel

The reception staff were very helpful and helped me hire a car during my trip. The room is very basic, but does the job - place to sleep & shower. The hotel is located next to the main road and can be noisy when trying to sleep

Reasonable price, friendly staff, great wifi

we chose this hotel because we needed a hotel near Kuah terminal. It wasnt a walking distance from the terminal but it was late and had to go somewhere. the hotel is located in a more local area, there were not many tourists around. The staff was really friendly, the room was ok and the wifi was really good compared to our previous hotels wifi's in Langkawi and Koh Lipe. Good for a 1-2 night stay.

Good staff and strong wifi signal

Everything are satisfy me. I booked a single bed room, even though the room is small, but very comfortable. Hair dryer not provided, but can request it without extra charges. Also, due to my work, I need to check in early. They allow me to check in at 12.15pm instead of 2pm, and no any hidden fees or charges. Good service!!

Good central location close to most shopping cente

Hotel is nicely located in the center of the island where 3 shopping centers are accessible. Some other places are approachable by 30-40mins drive like to Skycab, Skytrek, crocodile park etc. Some resturants around the area are not fancy by any means for breakfast but the food is very affordable RM 5-15 depending on what and how much one orders Hotel is very very basic for the price but certain facilities like room cleaning, wifi (very slow), toiletries are not there. Single rooms are very small so if you're alone with two pieces of luggage then you'll struggle for room. Aircon is pretty good though.
