The property is located in main tourist part of Langawi because you can get from beach, restaurants to duty free shops. It's easy to walk, but somewhat dark. The little house I got was okay. The staffs are smiley and welcoming which I really like about the place.

The staff at the property was very nice. Our room was very basic. The furniture and bathroom fixtures were average at best. We had ants in our room but there wasn't much that could be done because the gap under the front door wasn't keeping them out. It is an affordable option to base out of while spending the days exploring Langkawi.

The place is quiet and relaxing but at the same time it is walking distance from the bustling cenang beach area. I love that even though it is not so new, it is well maintained and very clean. The staff are all very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we visit langkawi.
