The resort is beautiful. Large spacious clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathtub was huge and an amazing design. Delicious breakfast. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The kids club could do with a refurbishment, but they did different activities with them every day which they enjoyed.

Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms. When they say partial beach view, it’s a stunning one. Their beach bar is perfect for sunset cocktails. Breakfast was a combination of buffet and order at your table for added seasonal menu. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Great service, nothing like I’ve experienced anywhere else. People go above and beyond, exceptional.

Excellent facilities and staff as you would expect from the brand name, a five star experience. The only issue is the beach which with trash and jellyfish was unusable, nice to look at.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Beautiful setting, we stayed in one of the Garden Villas which were beautiful. Lots of food options. Long and quiet beach. We had are own large infinity pool which the kids loved. The staff were fantastic and very attentive

A little paradise

We’ve had the most amazing time at the resort, as soon as we arrived we instantly felt a calm and kindness from the staff. Our room was super nice,the rooms are large and also very big bathrooms and the view was absolutely stunning. Food has been delicious, good wine lists with reasonable prices for being a high end resort in Asia. What really makes this hotel special though is the staff, we haven’t met a single person that doesn’t smile at you and they truly go out of their way to make your stay perfect.

It is a very beautiful property; very quiet with a private beach and spacious rooms. we went on the mangrove tour which was very enjoyable. all the food we tried was absolutely delicious. we also played tennis on the well kept court although it was a bit too humid for us to play.

Wonderful weekend at a beautiful resort

Wonderful staff and service. Breakfast had extensive options and was a very relaxed setting. The food at the Ikan-Ikan restaurant was delicious. Our villa was spacious and immaculate. We enjoyed our time at the resort and wish we could have stayed longer.

very nice place , beautiful beach, amazing swimming pool. good breakfast. the service was amazing as well. I had a very enjoyable stay. we went to the gym and played tennis everyday

Fantastic

Excellent staff and resort. The rooms are looking slightly old however the rest of the resorts makes up for it because it is absolutely beautiful. The gardens and beach area are maintained on a daily basis so they always look fresh unlike some other properties. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful overall 10/10 Also to note the grab taxis are a fraction of the price of the resort taxi.

Paradise

This is paradise from A-Z. Luxury at its best. Service level in top from management to staff teams. Scenary, surroundings, suites, foodquality, cleaning, everything was top notch. Even the monkeys on your terracce you got to enjoy everyday.

My husband, our 4 year old son and I stayed here for 9 days and we had an amazing time. The rooms are very large and in a good condition, looks better than the photos. We loved our garden view and afternoon snoozes in our balcony. The resort itself is very large with a super clean beach. Our son loved making sand castles there. Family pool area is quite large too with good service. Special thanks to the kids club staff, our son loved the activities they do and they make full use of the resort facilities and its surroundings throughout the day. We loved everything so much except for the food. The food quality wasn't good and very expensive. Room service was better but gets boring after a while… We also loved the Mangroves and Eagle Safari, our guide was very informative and scenery is stunning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
