"THIS HOTEL HAS ONLY 1 PROBLEM IN THE LIGHT/RED WOOD SECTION. THE PLACE SMELLED OF MOLD. THE CARPET IN THE HALLWAY CARRIES A MOLDY SMELL. MY FIRST ROOM THERE IS MOLD IN THE BATHROOM TILES. MY ROOM WAS CHANGED BUT THE MOLDY SMELL PERSISTS. THE SMELL IS IN MY LUGGAGE. I WAS ALSO COUGHING ON OCCASSION. OTHER THAN THAT BEST SERVICE BEST STAFF BEST FOOD. KIND PEOPLE. THE MOLDY SMELL IS MY ONLY COMPLAINT. SO FOR ENVIRONMENT WHICH IS NOT A CHOICE IT IS A ZERO."

"Check-in took longer than expected. The receptionist seemed disengaged, with no eye contact and poor communication, though the process was smooth once the host ( Nana Ama) arrived."

"I really like the location, and the room was comfortable. But the restaurant was not great, the mosquitoes made the pool area unusable, and they charge a large fee ($100) for early check in. I would also appreciate a mosquito net."
