"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "Loved property, staff very friendly helpful.. problems for them to address: Dinner at Nautilo awful. Must be new chef: our 2 sreals were woefully undercooked ant sent back, another payron found his ribs also undercooked.....breakfast there eas fine...pool nice, needs gym...disliked shag carpeting in bedroom...our AC in bedroom so weak as to be ineffectual...Rm2010...and during heatwave it was unbearable. We stayed at this 5star hotel specifically for promise of AC... "
