The staff is extremely knowledgeable & helpful, and the location is great if you want to be close to all tourist spots but stay somewhere a bit more quiet. "The room was very clean, large, and comfortable. The people working there could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We dealt with three different gentlemen at the front desk and the lovely ladies that served our delicious breakfast and they all went out of their way to help us and make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Bath."
