This was our second stay at the hotel. As expected, it was very comfortable. The staff are friendly. We didn't face any issue. Location is great. Close to public transport. Iso Christina Mall is at walkable distance. Very close to Lake Saima.

The room was very nice and clean. But... There was a noise (maybe from the ventilation system) that was so pervasive, that I had to move to another hotel. I asked in the reception about the noise and was told that it would stop before bedtime. It did not stop...

Varasin kahden hengen STANDARD huoneen. KyseessÀ oli kuitenkin BUDGET-tasoinen huone. Autojen parkkipaikka suoraan ikkunan edessÀ siten, ettÀ parkkipaikan maataso oli huoneen lattiasta metrin korkeammalla. MitÀÀn betoniporsastakaan ei auton ja ikkunan vÀlissÀ ollut. Asetuksessa sanotaan nykyisin: "Asuin- ja majoitushuoneen lattian on oltava pÀÀikkunaseinÀn kohdalla olevan maanpinnan ylÀpuolella." LisÀksi autopaikan ja rakentamisen pitÀÀ olla 8 m ikkunasta. Huone sinÀnsÀ oli siisti ja aamiainen hyvÀ ja runsas. Moitin huoneen luokitusta, kellarihuoneet myydÀÀn yleensÀ BUDGET-mÀÀritelmÀllÀ (ja hinnalla). Oli pettymys, kun saimme tÀmÀn ns. standardhuoneen (nro 11). KÀvinkin respassa keskustelemassa huoneesta, sain ikÀvÀn vastauksen: "Ainahan voi sulkea sÀleverhot". Ei nÀin!
